    What are your delivery charges??

    We offer complimentary delivery service for all orders within the Klang Valley. // Delivery charges will be quoted accordingly based on location and purchased items for delivery outside the Klang Valley.

    Do your ship to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak)??

    Currently we do not offer any shipping to East Malaysia.

    Where do you ship to??

    We currently only deliver to the West of Malaysia. We will get this post updated as soon as we are able to deliver and ship to more places and countries. // Please click here to sign up to our newsletter for more announcement should there be any new international launching in the future.

    What kind of assembly service provided??

    Our services include complimentary installation of all products that are assembly needed. Thin & Bold delivery team will be sure to assemble your purchases with care and place them at your preferred spot when your goods arrived.

    What happens when I choose to collect my purchase myself??

    You may visit our warehouse by appointment if you wish to collect your furniture yourself.  // However, kindly be reminded that Thin & Bold offers a range of services that include complimentary delivery + complimentary installation services within the Klang Valley to ensure a hassle-free furniture shopping experience for all our customers.

    Do you deliver during Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays??

    We have delivery services from Monday to Saturday, except Sunday and Public Holidays.

    How do I know when my orders will arrive??

    Once your oder has been dispatched, you will receive an email with all the delivery details needed as well as a call reminder from our Customer Service 3 days prior to the estimated delivery date.

    Can I request for custom made order??

    Currently we do not offer any custom-made order, only ready-made designer pieces.

    How long do I have to wait for my items to be delivered after I make the order??

    As we carry all our product in stock, we are able to deliver them within the next few days of your order.

    Is there somewhere I can go to view the product prior to purchasing??

    Our Showroom provides a concept space for you to personally experience the design and quality of all our products. We are located at Unit. 03-06, The Oval Tower Damansara, Jalan Damansara, Taman Tun Dr Ismail, 60000 Kuala Lumpur and offer flexible viewing hours from Monday to Sunday, 10a.m. to 7p.m. (by appointment basis).     Can I buy the furniture now and request to deliver to my new house which will only be ready in the next 2 months??

    That would not be an issue, in fact we can book your furniture for up to a year once 50% deposit is received. In any case of decision where you may want to add or remove any ordered items, kindly contact us via our Customer Service email info@thinandbold.com and we would be happy to assist without any further charges.

    My items have not arrived yet. What can I do??

    Delivery details will be provided via email as well as a call reminder from our Customer Service prior to the proposed delivery date. We would also provide our delivery team truck registration number and their contact number should you need them for security purposes. For any further concern, you may contact our Customer Service and we would be happy to assist your needs.

    Can I reschedule my delivery date and time??

    We offer flexible change of delivery date and time to suit your convenience prior to at least ONE week of proposed delivery arrangement. Kindly contact us via email info@thinandbold.com or call us at +6013 398 8108 for further assistance.

    What about item I have ordered which are out of stock??

    We take our customers’ feelings very seriously and we try our best not to let you down. All items sold on Thin & Bold’s website are stock ready (unless stated otherwise) and can be delivered to your doorsteps within a week. // In the event of any favourite items that you would like to order has gone out of stock, you may contact our Customer Service via email info@thinandbold.com and we would be more than happy to advise you the lead time of its next shipment.

    Do the delivery team remove packaging??

    Our delivery team will take away your packaging of any size after your items are delivered and installed. // Thin & Bold is committed to recycling whenever we can for the betterment of our natural environment.

    How long would it take for my return and refund to be processed??

    We will immediately process the refund once you have confirm with us. Refunds are typically issued through the same transaction method you used in the original purchase. Payments made by bank transfer credited back to the same bank to you by the 3rd Party Service Provider.

    I would like to return my order ?

    At Thin & Bold, we do our best to ensure the quality of all our products.     Can I exchange the goods if I don’t really like it after accepting the goods??

    Let us help remove your old furniture. We provide free removal service in order to help get rid of your old furniture that needs to be replaced with the newly purchased items from Thin & Bold. // All old furniture will be donated to chosen charitable organizations accordingly for a good cause.

    Does Thinandbold.com offer an assembly service??

    Let us help install your new furniture. We provide complimentary installation services by our professional delivery team who will assemble your purchase with care and place them at the preferred spot you requested.

    Where are ThinandBold.com’s products manufactured??

    We travel from the UK, France, Vietnam & Indonesia to find you the best furniture makers and designer in the world. Most of our products are manufactured abroad, but a few are made here in Malaysia

    Will my furniture fit??

    We understand if they do not fit. In any case where you think your newly purchased item does not fit your home, simply contact our Customer Service team and we will provide FREE return policy within 14 days after your furniture has been delivered.

    What is the ELITE Club about??

    The Thin & Bold ELITE Club program allows you to become an Ambassador and collect points. These points correspond to a cash value, which you can redeem for your next purchase or order.

    How can I collect ELITE Club Points??

    There are 2 ways to collect ELITE Club Points :
    – When you place an order of 8,000 MYR and above
    – When your friends and family placed an order of 8,000 MYR and above based on your recommendation.

    In order to earn ELITE Club Points, your friends and family will need to enter your ELITE Club code (containing 6 digits) upon checking out. You will earn 2% of the purchase value credited to your membership account in immediate effect.

    Can I pay by cheque to purchase my order??

    What type of cards to you accept??

    We accept all major credit cards, including Visa Credit, Visa Debit and MasterCard. However we do not accept American Express. On top of that we provide Online Payment Gateway services to accept comprehensive online payment options.

    Why has my payment failed??

    Payment can be declined for a variety of reasons. The first thing to do is to check that we have accepted your card (Visa Credit, Visa Debit or MasterCard) for your order payment. Next, make sure your card details are correct as well as your billing address in Malaysia. If it still isn’t working, we recommend you to give your bank a call.     Why can't I see my order history online??

    If you have placed your order online, you will see all history of that order. Any orders placed over the phone with a customer service advisor will not be stated in “My Account” on the website. // Orders placed over the phone will be communicated via email or phone by our Sales advisors, giving you step by step progress to guide you through your order.

    Can I buy items from your showroom??

    We have a great showroom team who are more than happy to help and guide you around, but unfortunately we do not sell products directly from the showroom.
